About Vast Minds
Inspired by the work of Dr. Edward Hallowell, Vast Minds was created to support neurodivergent people who may not feel understood in a world not built for them.
Therapy here focuses on understanding your mind, recognising your strengths, and supporting meaningful change.
About me.
I am a pre-accredited therapist with the IACP and neurodivergent myself (ADHDer). My professional background includes extensive experience as an Access and Disability Officer, which has shaped my understanding of difference, accessibility, and inclusive support. I draw on this experience alongside psychotherapeutic training and the work of Dr Edward Hallowell to offer therapy that is relational, practical, and empathetic. I hold a degree in psychology, a masters in public health and a masters in counselling and psychotherapy.
What to Expect and Who I Work With.
I work out of Marino Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre.
I work with:
Adults navigating neurodivergence, ADHD, autism, or sensory/emotional intensity.
People experiencing overwhelm, burnout, or identity challenges.
Those seeking a strengths-based, understanding approach.
You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me. If you feel “wired differently” or like you’ve had to mask too often then this space is for you.
Fees
I charge 65 euro per in person session of therapy and sessions are 50 minutes in length.
